Holiday Monday

Oscar had a very good day. Barry, O, and B. all went to the Biodome to go look at the critters. Oscar liked the monkeys, fishies and penguins the best. He wasn't terribly excited by most of it however. He then got a bit crabby in the car on the way back to UC Barry's flat. But he had a good long nap (3.5 hrs; woke up twice). He even slept on the big bed by himself and then Bruce fell asleep cradling him the second time. Barry and Bruce went out for Greek sandwiches and then after Oscar woke up for good, we three went careening up and down the sidewalk of rue Parc and stopped in at the Gelaterie. Oscar had mandarin and noix de coco. He loved it and ate close to 1/2 the bowl (refusing to relinquish the spoon until sated). We then packed up and went back to the West Island. No problems in traffic and Oscar didn't even fall asleep. Back at home he had pea soup (how french!) and mango yogurt, lots of both, for dinner. He then had a long bath and even longer reading time. Bruce put him to bed at 8pm. Tomorrow, daycare for Oscar, cleaning up for Bruce!
